At Sellmed, we aim to provide seamless shipping services through our trusted third-party courier partners. Below is our detailed shipping policy, covering everything from shipping timelines to returns and refunds.
General Shipping Information
We ship products domestically across all regions, using reliable third-party courier services. Once your order is processed, shipping times may vary based on your location and unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions, holidays, or strikes.
Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping
Handling Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Please allow additional time during peak seasons or holidays.
Transit Time: After processing, the estimated shipping time is generally between 3 to 5 business days, depending on the destination. Remote or rural areas may experience longer delivery times.
Order Cut off Time: 5:00 pm (GMT+05:30) India Standard Time (Kolkata)
Shipping Delays: While we strive to meet estimated shipping timelines, unforeseen delays on the part of the courier service may occur. If your shipment is delayed, we will notify you and provide updates as needed.
Tracking Information: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the status of your shipment. Please note that tracking information may take up to 24-48 hours to update.
International Shipping: At this time, we only offer domestic shipping within India. We do not currently ship internationally.
Shipping to Multiple Addresses
We are currently unable to ship to multiple addresses in a single order. If you need items shipped to different addresses, please place separate orders.
P.O. Box and APO/FPO Addresses
We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time. Please provide a complete physical address to avoid any shipping delays or issues.
Damaged or Defective Products
We take care to ensure that your products are packaged securely; however, in rare cases, items may arrive damaged. If your order is damaged upon arrival, please follow these steps:
Email us at care@sellmed.in within 48 hours of receiving the product. Include your order number and clear pictures of the damaged item(s).
Once the issue is verified, we will arrange for the product to be returned to the manufacturer for a replacement.
Incorrect Shipping Information
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. If the shipping address provided is incorrect or incomplete, Sellmed is not responsible for any shipping delays or lost packages. If your package is returned to us due to incorrect shipping information, we will contact you to arrange reshipping at your expense.
