Cancellation Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we accept returns under the following conditions:
Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt of your order. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
Conditions for Return
- Returns are accepted only for unopened products in their original packaging with price tags, labels, barcodes, and invoices.
- Partially consumed products are not eligible for return.
- Return requests due to prescription changes are not accepted.
- The batch number on the returned product must match that on the invoice.
Reasons for Return
- Products do not match the order.
- Products are near or past their expiry date (medicines with less than 3 months' shelf life are considered near expiry).
- Products were damaged during transit (do not accept products with tampered seals).
Return Request
- Customers must raise a return request within 7 days of delivery by contacting customer care at: care@sellmed.in
- Requests made after 7 days may be canceled by Sellmed.in.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that cosmetics once sold cannot be returned. Due to hygiene and safety concerns, we are unable to accept returns on any cosmetic products.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Return Shipping
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
Exchanges
We only replace products if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item due to a defect or damage, please contact us at care@sellmed.in with photos of the damaged item. Once confirmed, send the product to the following address: 22, Shivalik Complex, Dabholi Road, Dabholi 395004-Surat, Gujarat-INDIA.
Depending on your location, the time it may take for the exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds, where applicable. Sale or discounted items are not refundable.
What is the restocking fee?
There is no restocking fee.

Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it. If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.
Late or Missing Refunds
If a refund has been issued and you have not yet received it, please follow these steps:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company; it may take some time for the refund to officially post.
- Contact your bank, as there is often a processing period before a refund is posted.
